To become a part of the Evidencio community, click “Sign up” on the homescreen, or simply go directly to the registration page. Please fill out all the fields and accept the Evidencio terms & conditions. You'll be asked to verify your e-mail address by clicking on a link in an e-mail we'll send you. After this verification step is completed you can log in on Evidencio and start working creating some models, selecting favorites and commenting on existing models. A personal Evidencio account is free, with no strings attached! Join us and help create clarity, transparency, and efficiency in the creation, validation, and use of medical prediction models.

It is not necessary to be logged in to use medical prediction models, however, logging in provides several benefits:
* Create and publish your own prediction models.
* Share your prediction models with your colleagues, research group, organization or the world.
* Review and provide feedback on models that have been shared with you.
* Validate your models and validate models from other users.
* Find models based on Title, Keyword, Author, Institute, or MeSH classification.
* Use and save prediction models and their data.
* Stay up-to-date with new models in your field as they are published.
* Create your own lists of favorite models and topics.

After confirming your account, you are able to sign in on Evidencio by entering your email address and password when clicking on the sign in button on the top right in the homescreen.
